02Do you take projects outside London, Ontario?
Yes, projects outside London can be reviewed case by case based on the project scope and location. We do not publish a fixed service radius.
03Can I send photos with my estimate request?
Yes. Photos are optional, but they can help explain the project area and the work you have in mind. The estimate form accepts up to five project photos.
04Can electrical or plumbing work be part of a renovation project?
When electrical or plumbing work is required as part of a renovation, those scopes can be coordinated through specialized trades as part of the overall project.
05Do I need every project detail figured out before I contact you?
No. You can start with the basic scope, the project location, and a short description of what you want to change. We can review the request and follow up to clarify the next step.
06What happens after I request an estimate?
We review the project scope, location, project type, and any photos you provide. We then follow up using your preferred contact method to clarify the work or discuss the next step toward estimating and planning.
