Basement Renovation
Full Basement Finishing
A basement finished from bare concrete — staircase rebuild, flooring, kitchen build-out, drywall and paint, organized trade by trade.
This basement started as a bare concrete shell and was finished into a full living space. The work is organized below by trade — each section shows the before, during and after of that part of the job.

Staircase Rebuild
The staircase was rebuilt from the structure up — the ceiling opened and framed, drywall installed and mudded, and the final result in black with new railings.
Flooring Installation
Vinyl plank flooring laid over the bare concrete slab — installed through the halls, kitchen area and stair landings.
Kitchen Build-Out
A complete kitchen built into the basement — new flooring, dark cabinets, stone-look counters and stainless appliances, opening onto the finished living area.
Paint, Trim & Finish
Drywall finishing, interior painting and trim throughout — the finished rooms, hallways and stairwell.
